A few announcements...
WELCOME TO: Rhonda Crockett!! We are so glad you are here!!!
Our ward adult Christmas party is coming up this Saturday!! If you signed up to warm a ham, we will bring it to you Saturday morning. Please warm it, wrap it, and place it in a cooler to keep it warm (now THAT'S ironic!) and bring it to the church by 5:45 on Saturday evening. We need a few more people that can warm hams... (about 5) The party starts at 6:00PM, and is a nice dress event!
The giving tree gifts are due this Sunday! Please bring any remaining gifts and gift cards to church on Sunday and give to a member of the bishopbric or RS Presidency. Thank you for your kind generosity!!
Please take a few minutes to check on the sisters you visit teach, and find out if anyone is alone for Christmas, or is in need... if you find a need, please let one of the presidency members know as soon as possible.
After the first of the year, our monthly potluck lunch, (Munch and Mingle) will be the third Friday of every month at 11:30 at Candacy Syphus' house. Bring a dish to share, and come to visit with the sisters! It's a great way to get to know a lot of people! Our first one will be January 22nd.
Just for your next page on the calendar.... On January 14th our Relief Society activity is a fun game night at Renee Griffiths house at 7PM. This is going to be a relaxing night to just kick back, have fun and get to know each other.

Movie Night - Thurs 12th 7pm
Sisters just a friendly reminder that this Thursday the 12th at 7pm we are having our RS Movie Night. It will be at the Votaw home (3617 E Kaibab Pl). We will be watching Miracle on 34th Street (Origonal version in color) and enjoying each others company and also some yummy treats. We ask that you all bring a lawn chair and or a blanket to either sit on or wrap up in. We would love for you to bring a holiday treat to share but it is not a requirement. We will have lots of yummy food to snack on. We will have Krispy Kream Donuts, Movie Popcorn and Smores to much on and Hot Coco and Mulled Cider to sip on too! There will be a warm fire to gather around for those gals that want to visit the night away and a hot tub for those that are daring enough to break out a swim suit (bring your towels). We understand that some of you gals cannot come for the whole night but we would love for you to pop in and say "Hi". See you all there!

Driving Directions - Retreat
Take Gilbert road north to Hwy 87. Follow to Payson, then take a right at Hwy 260 about 12 miles to Control Rd. (This is a left turn without much warning, but it's after the Thompson Draw signs on the 260). Follow Control road about 4 miles (only a mile of this is paved) and turn right at Meads Ranch road. (We will put something up here, since last time the sign was down). Follow about 3 miles to Mile marker 9, you will turn right at Zane Meadows road and we are the first cabin on the left.
